Gorakhpur to Pokhara to Kathmandu: 4-nights, 5-days
Day 1: Gorakhpur To Pokhara Via Lumbini - Distance 350 kms
- Welcome to Gorakhpur! Upon arrival, our friendly Driver will greet you at the Railway station/airport and start your journey from Gorakhpur to Pokhara, en route Lumbini sightseeing (world Heritage Sites’ which Has lots to offer for sightseeing which include visiting Bodhi Tree & Pond, Ashoka Pillar, Pillar Edict for Ashoka, Eternal Peace Flame, Lumbini Garden, Burmese Lokamani Kala Pagoda and Chinese Maitreya Temple).
- After Lumbini sightseeing proceed to Pokhara, which is approximately a 6-7 hours drive.
- Check in to Hotel: Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 2: Pokhara Full Day Sightseeing
- In the morning after having your breakfast, proceed to local sightseeing, visit popular attractions like:
- Vindhyawasini Temple Fewa Lake - the second-largest lake in Nepal.
- Tal Barahi Temple is an attraction, Located in the centre of Fewa Lake - it takes less than 10 minutes to reach there by boat Seti George, Mahendra cave, Bat cave, Devi's fall, Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave, etc.
- Evening free:
- Explore the Lakeside Market, a vibrant area filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes.
- Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 3: Pokhara to Kathmandu Via Manokamna - Distance 210km
- After breakfast, drive to Pokhara, which is approximately a 6-8 hour scenic journey.
- On the way, visit Manakamna Devi Temple "Goddess of fulfilling wishes" where you are taken by a cable car ride (at extra cost) of 9 minutes, or you have an option of doing river rafting.
- Then proceed to Kathmandu, check in to the Hotel, and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 4 : Kathmandu Full day Sightseeing
- In the morning, after having your breakfast, proceed to the sightseeing tour in a few major places in Kathmandu:
- Pashupatinath Nath: one of the holiest Hindu temples, located on the banks of the Bagmati River.
- Guhyeshwari Devi
- Swyambhunath: nearly 2500-year old site believed that the Radiant Lotus of the valley settled when the water was drained by Manjushree
- The god of Wisdom - Boudhanath: the world’s largest stupa of Tibetan Buddhist Culture.
- Budhanilkantha Temple: the largest stone sculpture of Lord Vishnu sleeping on serpents.
- Evening free to stroll around the local Market.
- Night stay at hotel Kathmandu.
Day 5: Kathmandu to Gorakhpur - Distance 430 kms
- In the morning after having your breakfast proceed to Gorakhpur and drop at Gorakhpur railway station or airport. Your tour will end with sweet memories.
